Delta County Development Fees

Impact Fees

Delta County and all of the communities within the county do not impose any impact fees.

Domestic Water and Sewer Tap Fees

All the communities within Delta County are served by domestic water, and many areas are served by domestic sewer service. Many factors, such as distance from a main line or whether the tap is “in-town” may affect the total price. It is recommended that the subject community be contacted prior to determining final costs associated with installing infrastructure.
